The open index is a pointer file, not a warehouse. After the August 2026 landscape fill: 116 harnesses, 128 skills, 144 advances, 131 MCP. GitHub is how most of them arrive. Open is how most of them price.

Harnessmarket Intelligence

The floor is 519 slips. We do not host the trees. Each row is origin, the command that loads it, and the subscription if there is one. That is the whole product of the public catalog: a matrix an operator can filter without downloading a personality.

The mix is the useful number. Harness 116, skill 128, advance 144, MCP 131. Agents are not the large count. Advances and MCP outnumber harnesses because the industrial shape is an operating system plus packages, not a new operating system every morning. Two rename facts sit on the same slug so old pins resolve. Cognition renamed Windsurf to Devin Desktop on 2 June 2026; Cascade became Devin Local. The windsurf slip still points. Devin and Devin Desktop are separate listings. Do not merge them because the press did.

Houses on this desk now match the floor. Anthropic still leads named publishers. Vercel, Microsoft, Lattice, Helix, Cloudflare, Google follow. Forty-four slips sit in a community bucket and a dozen under a generic MCP label — unhoused on purpose. We would rather show a bucket than invent a studio.
