Thesis

Meridian Loop is a thin harness: five verbs, a hard review gate, and no personality. It exists because Meridian would not let a lab own the promotion path to main.

The loop is the product. Plan is a spec. Work is a worktree. Review is a different harness, always. Sync and release are humans. Listed so Meridian's own fleets can attribute work to it — 8.3% of delivery-core tokens, 19% of accepted merges, which is the point of a promotion harness.
