Thesis
An advance that patches the harness scheduler so the KV cache hits. Harness engineering in the original sense: the OS, not the personality.
Mitchell Hashimoto and others spent early 2026 repeating this: the hard work is the harness. This advance is a drop-in scheduler for OpenCode and a patch set for Claude Code / Codex hosted. Operators who skip it pay 15–25% more tokens for the same accepted work.
